#1403 “Pointers and Flushers” – Ringneck Pheasants can be a formidable upland quarry.  This week Bill ventures to the Hunnewell Hunt Club in search of pheasant hunting action.  The Hunnewell boys’ tag team approach uses German Shorthaired pointers and Labrador retrievers to pin down some cagey Roosters.

#1416 “Flathead Control” – Deer populations throughout the U. S. are on the rise.  In an effort to grow larger bucks, many hunters are concentrating their efforts on the harvest of Does as part of their Quality Deer Management practices.  Today Bill looks at using muzzleloaders to thin local doe populations.   Eight-year-old Zach Yelle joins Bill for an interesting look at deer hunting through the eyes of our youth.
