901 Season Premiere
Start a new series of Cabin Country by following host Bill Saiff III as he takes a brief look at some of the exciting programs coming up in this year's series.  Caribou, white-tailed deer, black bear, waterfowl, and upland game are the focus for this year's series.  Great instruction, preparation, and action will keep the viewer coming back for more.


902 Peace River Canadas

Alberta is a waterfowling mecca.  Tune in as goose-calling professionals from Louisiana, New York and Oklahoma travel north in search of Canada geese.  Watch as the Cabin Country team encounters the first waves of September's dark geese.

903 Meet the Beagles

Veteran houndsman Fred Baum raises championship beagles.  Travel with Fred and Bill as Baum introduces his pack to the viewer and pursues rabbits across the Kansas countryside.


904 Quail Unlimited

Outdoor organizations like QU are vitally important to wildlife in the United States.  Bill joins Quail Unlimited members for a hunt in the plumb thickets of the Midwest.  The boys use small bore shotguns, see excellent dog work, and talk about the mission of QU.


905 The Pointer's Way

Pointing dogs bring style and presence to the pursuit of winged game.  Training these dogs is an art.  Mark Wasserman (Chisholm Creek Kennels) gives the Cabin Country team some tips on advanced training.

906 Good Golly Miss Molly

907 Greenheads in Green Timber

Join the Cabin Country team as they travel to the state of Arkansas for waterfowl.  Duck hunters love to pursue mallards, but when they are in flooded timber, it's a waterfowler's dream.  Mike Ward (War Eagle Boats) takes Bill and veteran waterfowler Eli Haydel to one of his favorite timber holes.

909 War Eagle Waterfowl

Arkansas' waterfowling fame is legendary.  Each season, duck hunters focus on green-timbered areas for late-season mallards.  Guests Eli Haydel (Haydel Game Calls) and Mike Ward (War Eagle Boats) join Bill to hunt mallards, talk duck boats, and share techniques.

The province of Quebec offers a wide variety of outdoor adventures for the traveling sportsman.  The black bear is the king of spring in this region, while the migrating herds of caribou consume hunter interest in the fall.  This exciting program shows the viewer a little bit of each.

Sportsmans' days afield are enhanced by their four-legged hunting companions.  From geese to pheasant, these dogs get the job done.  Tune into this exciting program as we highlight some of our sporting breeds.


913 Waterfowler's Reunion #7

Join the Cabin Country team as they travel to the marshlands of upstate New York for their annual get-together.  The team explores pass shooting and decoying set-ups for dabbling ducks.


914 Rutting Whitetails

Mid November is an outstanding time to hunt white-tailed deer on Anticosti Island.  When the bucks start to rut, deer are on the move.  Tune in and watch as these whitetails respond to the call.

916 Delay River Caribou

918 First Gobble Part 1

This program is the first in a two-part series on preparing for spring turkey hunting.  Successful turkey hunters follow guidelines that help them consistently find birds.  Travel with Bill and New York State guide Jim Rehley on an opening day hunt.

This program is the second in the series on preparing for spring turkey hunting.  Pre-scouting, woodsmanship, and good calling all help when wild turkeys are encountered.  When sportsmen are flexible and can adapt to different situations, they can stay on the birds.  See how this applies in this week's program.

924 Railway Rabbits

Abandoned railways can be great locations to pursue upland game.  Learn what it takes to pack beagles on the hot scent of cottontail rabbits along these thoroughfares.


925 Mallards Okie Style

Bill joins Kyle Olmstead (2-time Oklahoma State Duck Calling Champion) for some late season waterfowling action.  Kyle is a wealth of information when it comes to hunting ducks in Oklahoma.  Mallards are Kyle's specialty, and his techniques are put to good use as the Greenheads come pouring in!


926 Game Bird/Game Dog

The legendary Flint Oak Hunting Club is the backdrop for this edition of Cabin Country.  Tune in and see a wide variety of gamebirds, including ring-necked pheasant, bobwhite quail, red-legged partridge, and Hungarian partridge.  Flint Oak has a vast kennel of sporting dogs at their disposal.  The Cabin Country team gets to see a variety of these sporting dog breeds in action.
